How to supply images

Your vehicle picture should be supplied in as high a resolution as possible, email us a hi-res jpeg or pdf files, or post to us on a CD, otherwise a photograph will do just fine, but we will have to make a charge for scanning. If the supplied pic is too low a resolution (poor quality) for us to use, we will let you know immediately.

How we supply your Autopics portrait

Send us a good digital image or photo of your vehicle and we will enhance it to your specific requirements, we then supply a watermarked proof (pdf, jpeg or print) for your approval. All Autopics are usually supplied as A4 (297x210mm) or A3 (420x297mm) premium photo glossy art prints - posted to you in a card envelope, but we can produce almost any size print depending on the quality of the original supplied. We can also supply the digital artwork on CD or send via email if you prefer.

Prices

All prices shown are a rough guide only, as all Autopics are custom produced to your specific requirements, please contact us for a quote. All prices given will include VAT and postage / packing (UK mainland).

Payment

We require 50% deposit with the order and the balance after approval of the watermarked proof. We will then post your Autopics portrait for your enjoyment. (Please make cheques payable to ‘Autopics’)

Timescale

We aim to supply proofs for approval 2-3 weeks from receipt of original picture & 50% deposit. Exact timescales will be discussed for each portrait.

All work remains the property of Autopics until all payments are cleared.
